This role offers a valuable opportunity to gain hands-on experience, work on impactful projects, and develop skills in sales and marketing. The ideal candidate is driven, adaptable, and eager to learn while contributing to team success. Location & Details • Location: Ginza, Tokyo • Duration: Short to long-term (2-month contract with possibility to renew) • Working Hours Expectation: At least 15 hours per week Key Responsibilities Candidate regeneration: Contact candidates in the database and update their status Name collecting / headhunting: Gather company insights by speaking with candidates Candidate screening: Conduct initial interviews and assess candidate suitability Database management: Maintain accurate records and ensure legal compliance Market mapping: Analyse the market to identify potential candidates and opportunities What SThree Offers Dynamic, innovative, and supportive work environment Opportunity to work on real projects and make meaningful contributions Commission-based incentives Company laptop provided Hourly rate: ¥1,230 + transportation allowance Ideal Candidate Profile Currently enrolled in an accredited university or college Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Ability to work from the office Strong organisational skills and attention to detail Ability to work independently and in a team environment Positive attitude and willingness to learn Language proficiency: Fluent in either Japanese or English What we stand for...
