Role OverviewThe intern will support day-to-day operational activities, monitoring, documentation, incident management processes, and continuous improvement initiatives while gaining practical experience in enterprise IT operations and cloud technologies.What You Will DoAssist in monitoring and supporting enterprise cloud infrastructure and applications, support system health checks, performance monitoring, and operational reporting activities, assist in troubleshooting basic infrastructure and application issues.Why It Might Be a FitGood analytical and problem-solving skills, strong communication and documentation abilities, able to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team.RequirementsCurrently pursuing a Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Information Systems, Software Engineering, or a related field.Basic understanding of cloud computing concepts and IT infrastructure.Familiarity with Microsoft Azure, networking, operating systems, or databases is an advantage.Interest in IT operations, cloud technologies, and service management.Good analytical and problem-solving skills.Strong communication and documentation abilities.Able to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team.Proficient in Microsoft Office applications (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).
