Your Role
Would you like to further develop your professional know-how in Investor Relations for 3-6 months? NORD Holding offers you the opportunity to take on the perspective of an professional as part of an exciting internship and gain valuable practical experience as a full team member.
In this position, you will be actively involved in Investor Relations and receive a strong exposure to the Private Equity industry. The Internship is your opportunity to convert it into a fulltime Analyst position.
• Screening of the European Limited Partner market
• Produce market research and investor intelligence reports
• Preparation of marketing materials (pitch decks, investor presentations, due diligence materials, etc.)
• Supporting the preparation of quantitative and financial data for investor due diligence processes
• Assist in responding to technical questions related to underlying portfolio companies and fund structures
• Develop and maintain reporting for existing investors and stakeholders
• Update internal databases and marketing statistics for internal and regulatory purposes
• Prepare ad hoc analyses and presentation materials for internal and external use
Your Profile
• Bachelor's degree in at least the 4th semester or master's degree with a commercial or technical background or comparable courses of study at an international university/business school
• First internships in the areas of Private Equity, Investment Banking, Corporate Finance, Audit or Management Consulting are a plus
• Strong understanding of Private Equity and/or alternative investments, as well as of financial modelling and valuation in a private equity context
• High proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, and MS Office suite
• Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment
• Excellent analytical skills with strong attention to detail and an entrepreneurial mindset
• Business fluency in German and English (written and spoken)
