During your work placement, you’ll be fully integrated into our HR department – not just watching from the sidelines, but really getting involved. No two days are the same, and you’ll gain a broad understanding of the HR profession. Among other things, you’ll be working on: • Recruitment & selection – writing and posting job vacancies, assessing applications and scheduling interviews; • Onboarding – helping to ensure new colleagues get off to a good start; • HR administration – maintaining staff records and providing support within HR systems; • Learning & development – assisting with training courses and development programmes; • HR projects – contributing ideas on topics such as employee satisfaction, wellbeing and team-building. You’ll also be given the freedom to take the initiative and suggest improvements. Got a good idea? Then we’ll give you the chance to actually put it into practice! About you Wat do you bring to the table? • You are studying for a higher professional education (HBO) degree in HRM (or a similar subject); • You are enthusiastic, sociable and proactive; • You work accurately and handle confidential information with care; • You are available for at least 4 days a week; • You have a keen desire to learn and want to develop yourself; • You work well as part of a team, but are also not afraid to take the initiative About the conditions What does RAVAS offer? • An informative and varied work placement where you’ll be fully involved; • Excellent support from experienced HR colleagues; • A work placement allowance of €600 gross per month (full-time); • An active staff association organising fun outings; • A workplace in a state-of-the-art office near Zaltbommel station; • Working in a close-knit and friendly team where the customer comes first.
