This summer, we’re opening the doors of our People & Culture team to an enthusiastic and hands-on HR/Recruitment Intern .   What You’ll Be Doing: As our intern, you’ll work closely with our Recruitment and HR Operations teams, getting real-world experience in a dynamic, international environment. You’ll play an important role in supporting our day-to-day HR and recruitment activities, helping us create a great experience for both candidates and employees.   Your key responsibilities: Be Part of the Hiring Action: Help us bring in top talent! You’ll support with scheduling interviews, chatting with candidates, and keeping the hiring process running smoothly. Boost Our Employer Vibes : Get creative and help update our career page. Work on fun internal updates, so people know what makes working here awesome. Get Hands-On with HR Tasks : Learn the ins and outs of HR by helping with contracts, updating employee data, and pulling reports that get used by the team. Support Our People : Be the go-to person for basic HR questions from employees and managers. You’ll learn how to help real people with real issues, and grow your confidence while doing it. Requirements Who You Are: A student currently enrolled in an HR, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related study You’re available full-time, ideally starting this September (we’re flexible on dates!) and able to stick around till February/March. Super organized, love taking initiative, and have an eye for the little things Friendly, easy to talk to, and not afraid to speak up Confident working in English (Additional languages are a bonus!)
