Intern - Finance (Based at Bodywear - Ratmalana) The Bodywear Value Stream of MAS Holdings delivers end-to-end design, innovation and manufacturing solutions across lingerie, swimwear and next-to-skin categories. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES • Coordinate daily operations with teams, vendors, and customers. • Monitor KPIs and support financial reviews (cash flow, balance sheets, costs). • Visit plants to resolve issues and provide data-driven insights. • Ensure compliance in reporting, budgeting, and audits. • Manage monthly financials, inventory accuracy, and intercompany reconciliations. • Support process improvements, SOPs, and forecasting. • Collaborate across finance, manufacturing, and business units KNOWLEDGE AND SKILLS • Undergraduate degree in Accounting / Finance / CIMA, Chartered Accountancy, or a related field. • Strong analytical skills and attention to detail. • Effective communication and organizational abilities.
