About the role: Are you curious about what it takes to attract great talent and shape the future of a fast-growing international company? As a Recruiting Intern, you'll become an active member of our Talent Acquisition team for six months, gaining hands-on experience across the full recruitment process while working closely with experienced recruiters. From identifying top talent to supporting candidates throughout their hiring journey, you'll have the opportunity to make a real impact, learn modern recruiting practices, and build valuable HR experience in an international environment. About your tasks: • Identify and engage talented candidates  through active sourcing on various platforms and help build strong talent pipelines • Screen CVs  and support recruiters in identifying suitable candidates for open positions • Coordinate interviews  by scheduling appointments and ensuring a smooth candidate experience throughout the recruitment process • Support the team with  recruitment administration , including maintaining candidate data and keeping recruitment processes well organized • Work closely with the Recruiting team on  day-to-day hiring activities  while gaining insights into employer branding and talent acquisition About you: • You are currently enrolled in a  Bachelor’s or Master’s degree , ideally in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field • You are  organized , enjoy communicating with people, and have an eye for detail • You are excited to learn about  Talent Acquisition  and active sourcing in an international environment; experience with recruiting tools is a nice to have • You are  fluent in English  (written and spoken);  German is a plus . • You have a driver’s license and  a car  or motorcycle, etc., to commute independently to the workplace in Sevenum (Note: There is no public transport connection) About Your Beneftis: In order to provide you with the best possible support for your individual needs – whether it’s living a healthy life, having enough time for your needs, or developing your skills – we offer a wide range of different, site-specific benefits: • Welcome days: To ensure a comfortable welcome, you will be provided with all important details on your first day, e.g. on safety and important processes • Work from Home:  After your onboarding, you can work remote up to 1-2 days per week • Travel Allowance:  Not all employees live close to our office.
