• Quantity Surveyor – Hampshire / Hybrid • £40,000 – £60,000 + Excellent Benefits This is an exciting opportunity to join an ambitious construction consultancy delivering Quantity Surveying services on a wide variety of projects across the South. Working with developers, investors and private clients, you'll provide both pre and post-contract cost management across sectors including prime residential, commercial, industrial, education, defence and heritage. You'll become part of a close-knit team that prides itself on delivering a personal, flexible service, giving you exposure to a broad range of projects and genuine opportunities to develop your career. Role and Responsibilities of the Quantity Surveyor: • Prepare cost plans and feasibility studies • Manage procurement and tender processes • Prepare bills of quantities and contract documentation • Undertake cost reporting and change control • Value works and agree final accounts • Administer JCT and NEC contracts • Support clients with commercial advice throughout project delivery • Build strong relationships with clients, contractors and consultant teams Skills & Experience: • Degree qualified in Quantity Surveying • MRICS or working towards chartership • Consultancy Quantity Surveying experience • Good understanding of JCT and/or NEC contracts • Strong commercial awareness and negotiation skills • Excellent communication and report writing skills • Client-focused with a proactive attitude • Full UK driving licence Salary & Benefits: • £40,000 – £60,000 • Hybrid working • Pension • Professional subscriptions paid • Ongoing CPD and APC support • Diverse project portfolio • Clear progression opportunities • Supportive and collaborative working environment To Apply: Please contact Andrew Lambert on 07568 490452 or Apply Now.
