Description
The Paid Search and Social Specialist is responsible for developing, implementing, and optimising paid social and search PPC media advertising strategies for clients, with the goal of increasing online visibility, driving engagement, and generating quality leads. The role involves close collaboration with the Paid Social and Search teams, Digital Campaign Managers, and Designers to create cohesive, effective, and results-driven campaigns that align with client objectives. Requirements Gr. 12 / School Leaving Certificate (minimum requirement).  Diploma or Degree in Marketing or a relevant field (preferred).  Minimum of 2-4 years experience as a paid social and search PPC specialist or in a similar role.  Google Search and Meta Certified. Disciplined in Meta Business Suite, Ads Manager and Facebook page management. Disciplined in Google Ads and Google Suite. Proven experience in paid social and search PPC advertising, particularly lead-gen and product feed campaigns (example: Meta Catalog campaigns).  Understanding of Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, Google, Microsoft and LinkedIn advertising platforms and best practices.  Proficiency in social media management tools such as Hootsuite and Buffer, and automation platforms like Zapier.  Experience with email marketing and SMS campaigns will be an advantage. Experience working in a client-facing role, and confidence in leading client meetings.  Proven track record in managing multiple campaigns and delivering results aligned to client goals.  Familiarity with social media performance metrics.  Strong multitasking, critical thinking, and problem-solving abilities.  Ability to collaborate effectively and work well in a team.  Strong time-management and organisational skills.  Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
