400- 500 per day The role will involve: Providing strategic and operational leadership to a 1-form entry primary school Leading the school through the Autumn Term and maintaining stability across teaching, learning and school improvement Preparing the school for an upcoming Ofsted inspection and evidencing progress made since the previous inspection Driving improvement priorities and ensuring continued progress against the school development plan Supporting staff performance, pupil outcomes and the overall quality of education Working closely with governors, senior leaders and stakeholders to maintain high standards across the school Ensuring safeguarding, attendance and compliance requirements are effectively managed Acting as a visible and credible leader for pupils, staff and the wider school community ?
