Job Title: Interim Campaign Manager Location: Upper Heyford, Oxfordshire About FAT Karting League: FAT Karting League is a high-performance motorsport business built around competition, precision, and experience. We deliver organised racing environments where attention to detail, consistency, and teamwork are critical to success - on and off the track. As a growing organisation, we’re building more than just a karting league. With plans to expand into other areas of motorsport, we’re creating opportunities for people who want to grow with the business and develop their careers as we scale. We’re looking for driven individuals who thrive in fast-paced, energetic settings, take pride in high standards, and are motivated by responsibility, progression, and being part of something that’s moving forward. Role Summary We’re looking for a Campaign Manager to join our marketing team on a 3-month fixed-term contract. This is a hands-on delivery role for someone who enjoys turning marketing plans into well-executed campaigns. Working closely with the Head of Marketing and wider commercial team, you’ll help deliver campaigns across paid, owned and earned channels, coordinate creative and campaign activity, and monitor performance to help us continually improve. You’ll be responsible for keeping campaigns organised, on track and delivered to a high standard. You’ll work across multiple projects at once, coordinating with internal teams, agencies and creative partners to make sure the right activity happens at the right time. This is not a strategy-setting role. We’re looking for someone who can take an agreed marketing direction and turn it into effective, well-managed campaign activity. Key Responsibilities: Campaign Planning & Delivery Support the Head of Marketing in turning marketing priorities into clear campaign plans. Plan and coordinate campaign activity across paid, owned and earned channels. Manage campaign timelines, activity schedules and deadlines. Coordinate campaign assets, creative development and approvals. Work with internal teams and external partners to ensure campaigns launch on time. Keep campaign activity organised and maintain accurate campaign calendars. Identify potential issues or delays and flag them early. Campaign Execution Help deliver marketing campaigns designed to attract and convert new customers and participants. Coordinate activity across digital channels, CRM, social media and other relevant platforms. Work with agencies and creative partners to brief, manage and deliver campaign assets. Support paid media activity and ensure campaigns are set up and delivered correctly. Assist with lead generation and conversion activity. Support testing of different audiences, messaging, offers and channels. Performance & Optimisation Monitor campaign performance and produce regular updates. Track key campaign metrics and identify areas where performance could be improved. Use campaign data to support recommendations and optimisation. Work with the Head of Marketing and wider team to make changes to underperforming activity. Complete post-campaign reviews and capture key learnings. Help develop a culture of testing and continuous improvement. Project Management Manage multiple campaigns and marketing projects at the same time. Maintain campaign calendars, timelines and task lists. Coordinate internal stakeholders, agencies and creative partners. Keep campaign activity moving and ensure deadlines are met. Provide clear updates on campaign progress, risks and next steps. Customer & Market Insight Develop an understanding of our customers, audiences and their motivations. Use campaign results and customer feedback to help improve messaging and targeting. Support customer research and segmentation activity. Share relevant customer and campaign insights with the wider marketing team.
