Interim Accountant/Finance Manager – Redruth Trial Balance Consulting are working with a well-respected Cornwall-based company to recruit an Interim Senior Accountant/Finance Manager for a 2–3 month contract. Flexible hours (full or part-time) and on-site working. This is a hands-on, senior role, working closely with the senior members of the company to manage the small but mighty finance function, strengthen processes, support growth and cover a busy period. Key Responsibilities • Manage day-to-day bookkeeping, accounts payable/receivable, and bank reconciliations • Produce accounts to trial balance and lead month-end close • Prepare management accounts, reporting, and financial analysis • Support budgeting, forecasting, and cashflow planning • Maintain fixed asset register and oversee petty cash • Strengthen financial controls and ensure compliance with statutory requirements About You • Qualified or part-qualified accountant (ACA/ACCA/CIMA/CIPFA) -Proven experience at senior accountant / finance manager level -Strong Xero expertise (essential) • Confident, practical, and ready to start immediately If you are ready to go please get in touch ASAP with Elle Benjamin quoting reference EB10820.
