Now imagine using that experience to directly impact someone’s daily life.   At AbilityPath , we support individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities to live fuller, more independent lives — and we’re looking for mission-driven people ready to do work that truly matters. Whether you’re transitioning from corporate, healthcare, education, public service — or simply seeking more purpose in your next chapter — your experience brings leadership, structure, and compassion into a role that changes lives. These opportunities are especially meaningful for professionals transitioning into a second career — individuals ready to apply their experience in communication, organization, leadership, coaching, or relationship-building to work that creates visible, human impact every day.
