The Impact You Will Make The Integrated Producer at BPI plays a critical role in bringing strategy to life through thoughtful planning, seamless execution, and exceptional craft. Reporting to the Head of Production, this role manages projects across integrated campaigns spanning corporate reputation, advocacy, and public affairs clients—from social-first content to broadcast-quality productions. You'll partner closely with Creative, Strategy, Account, Media, and Production leadership to ensure work is delivered efficiently, on budget, and at the highest creative standard. Starting Salary Range: $90,000 - $100,000 (+ annual bonus) Expectation to work from one of our offices (Chicago, DC, NYC, SF, LA) at least 3 days a week What the Day-to-Day Looks Like Own projects from kickoff through final delivery, ensuring timelines, resources, budgets, approvals, and deliverables are managed effectively while proactively identifying and resolving production challenges. Follow and contribute to production processes, templates, and best practices that improve consistency and efficiency across projects. Develop and Support production estimates, manage budgets throughout production, monitor contingencies, and communicate scope changes proactively. Coordinate with production partners, manage day-to-day communications, and support vendor management throughout the life of the project. Partner closely with Creative, Strategy, Account, Media, Business Affairs, and Operations to ensure production remains aligned with creative intent, project objectives, and client expectations. Help ensure deliverables meet creative, technical, legal, and brand standards. Continue expanding knowledge of production technologies, AI-assisted workflows, social-first content, and emerging platforms to support evolving client needs. Participate confidently in client conversations, providing production expertise, recommendations, and clear communication throughout the life of a project.
