Mae ein Cynlluniau Adnoddau Naturiol Integredig yn anelu at reoli, gwella a gwarchod ein Tirweddau Dynodedig, yn ogystal â chymunedau ffermio a’r economi leol. Rydym bellach yn chwilio am Swyddog Cymorth Maes Coed a Choetiroedd i ymuno â ni ar sail rhan-amser, gan weithio 2.5 diwrnod yr wythnos o dan gontract cyfnod penodol tan 31 Mawrth 2029. Y Buddion – Cyflog o £32,061 – £36,363 y flwyddyn (pro rata) – Cynllun pensiwn – Ap Llesiant 360 Y Rôl Fel Swyddog Cymorth Maes Coed a Choetiroedd, byddwch yn helpu i gyflawni prosiectau coetir a chadwraeth sy’n gwella tirweddau Eryri. Wrth weithio ar raglen ‘Y Goeden Iawn yn y Lle Iawn’, byddwch yn nodi ac yn cefnogi ffermwyr, tirfeddianwyr a rheolwyr coedwigoedd i ddatblygu a chyflawni prosiectau sy’n gwella rheolaeth coetiroedd, yn cynyddu’r nifer o goed ac yn cryfhau cysylltedd cynefinoedd. Amdanoch chi I gael eich ystyried ar gyfer y rôl Swyddog Cymorth Maes Coed a Choetiroedd, bydd angen: – Y gallu i weithio trwy gyfrwng y Gymraeg – Profiad ymarferol o gadwraeth – Profiad o weithio gyda ffermwyr a rheolwyr tir – Cymhwyster lefel gradd mewn pwnc sy’n ymwneud â’r amgylchedd, ecoleg, amaethyddiaeth neu reoli tir, neu gymhwyster mewn pwnc amaethyddol neu un sy’n ymwneud â thir, neu brofiad cyfatebol – Trwydded yrru lawn a dilys Sylwch, bydd y rôl hon yn golygu gweithio mewn ardaloedd anghysbell ac ar dir garw. Our Integrated Natural Resource Schemes aim to manage, enhance and protect our Designated Landscapes, as well as farming communities and the local economy. We are now looking for a Trees and Woodland Field Support Officer to join us on a part-time basis, working 2.5 days per week for a fixed-term contract until 31st March 2029. The Benefits – Salary of £32,061 – £36,363 per annum (pro rata) – Pension scheme – 360 Wellbeing App The Role As a Trees and Woodland Field Support Officer, you will help deliver woodland and conservation projects that enhance Eryri’s landscapes. Working on the Y Goeden Iawn yn y Lle Iawn programme, you will identify and support farmers, landowners and forest managers to develop and deliver projects that improve woodland management, increase tree cover and strengthen habitat connectivity. About You To be considered as a Trees and Woodland Field Support Officer, you will need: – The ability to work through the medium of Welsh – Practical conservation experience – Experience working with farmers and land managers – A degree-level qualification in an environment, ecology, agricultural or land management related subject, or a qualification in an agricultural or land-based subject or equivalent experience – A full, valid driving licence Please note, this role will involve working in remote areas and on rough terrain.
