Tenneco Sint-Truiden is op zoek naar een Instrumentation Mechanic die gepassioneerd is door techniek en innovatie. Jouw taken Apparatuur : Je installeert, updatet of vervangt diverse testapparatuur, zoals mechanische, hydraulische, elektrische, elektronische, pneumatische, water, gas, en luchtsystemen voor shockdempertesten, onder begeleiding van ingenieurs, Onderhoud : Je voert preventief en correctief onderhoud uit en beheert de benodigde onderdelen, gereedschap en tools, Testen en analyse : Je monteert, test, analyseert en rapporteert machine- of schokdempercomponenten volgens specificaties, zoals duurtests, vibratiemetingen en functionele tests en analyseert de resultaten, Kwaliteitscontrole : Je voert metingen, analyses en kalibraties uit om de kwaliteit van machines, systemen en sensoren te waarborgen en eventuele fouten of problemen te detecteren, Veiligheid en efficiëntie : Je zorgt voor een veilige, schone werkplaats en plant zelfstandig je werkzaamheden voor maximale effectiviteit. Jouw profiel -Opleiding : Bachelor Electro-Mechanica, Mechanica of Secundair Onderwijs (A2) -Ervaring : Kennis van machinetechnologie of -onderhoud is een pluspunt. -Vaardigheden : Kennis van verschillende vervaardigingstechnieken, zoals draaien, frezen, lassen, solderen, etc. Sterk analytisch denkvermogen en multitasken, Flexibel met werkinhoud en werktijden, Zelfstandig, kwaliteitsgericht en verantwoordelijk, Focus op deadlines en klanttevredenheid, Goede communicatieve vaardigheden in Nederlands én Engels.
