Duties/Responsibilities: • Responding to Part Inquiries: Promptly respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, or walk-in regarding drilling equipment parts, pricing, availability, and technical specifications. • Quoting and Pricing: Prepare and provide accurate price quotations to customers for drilling equipment parts & hydraulic components. • Order Processing: Process customer orders for parts accurately and efficiently, including verifying order details, pricing, and shipping information, and coordinating with the staging for order fulfilment. • Product Knowledge: Develop a comprehensive understanding of Multi-Power’s inventory of drilling equipment parts, including their specifications, compatibility with different equipment models, and applications. • Technical Support: Provide technical assistance to customers regarding Multi-Power drilling equipment parts, including helping with part identification, compatibility issues, and troubleshooting. • Customer Relationship Management: Cultivate strong relationships with customers by providing exceptional service, addressing concerns promptly, and following up on inquiries, orders, and part deliveries. • Sales Support: Collaborate with the sales team to identify opportunities for up selling related parts or accessories to customers based on their needs and existing orders. • Documentation and Record-Keeping: Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, orders, and inquiries. • Complaint Resolution: Handle customer complaints and issues professionally and efficiently, working towards satisfactory resolutions and escalating complex issues to appropriate channels when necessary. • Meeting Sales Goals: Work towards meeting or exceeding assigned sales goals and targets, contributing to the overall sales objectives of the company. Qualifications: • Ambitious: a desire to improve sales goals, procedures & efficiencies • Excellent communication skills • Excellent customer service skills • Good organizational skills • Self-starter, self-motivated • Able to work independently with minimal supervision and within the Sales team • Computer literate (ERP, Microsoft 365) • Previous Sales experience • Drill parts sales experience an asset but not required • Mechanical inclination an asset but not required • Post-Secondary Training: not required but an asset • High School graduate, Grade 12 Position Type:  Salary, Full Time • Hours are 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m., Monday to Friday.
