Your Role
As an Innovation Program Manager (f/m/x), you will support the Innovation team during a maternity leave by coordinating publicly funded projects in France. You will serve as the primary point of contact for French public authorities, coordinate X-FAB’s internal activities related to the French IPCEI ME/CT projects and the French Research Tax Credit (CIR), and contribute to the preparation of the French IPCEI-AST proposal.
Your Responsibilities
Funded Project Coordination
• Act as the main interface with French public authorities and funding bodies for all project-related matters.
• Coordinate X-FAB’s internal activities within the framework of the French IPCEI ME/CT projects.
• Coordinate X-FAB’s internal activities related to the French Research Tax Credit (CIR).
• Monitor project milestones, deliverables, reporting deadlines, and action plans to ensure timely project execution.
• Coordinate activities between technical teams, project managers, Finance, and the central Innovation team.
• Organize project meetings, prepare meeting minutes, and follow up on agreed actions.
Project Proposal Preparation Support
• Participate in the preparation and consolidation of the French IPCEI-AST proposal.
• Coordinate technical, financial, and administrative contributions from internal stakeholders.
• Ensure the collection and submission of all required documentation within deadlines.
• Support interactions with internal and external partners during the proposal preparation phase.
Project Administration
• Maintain up-to-date project documentation, schedules, and reporting files.
• Contribute to reporting activities and ensure compliance with funding body requirements.
• Provide administrative support to the Innovation team for publicly funded projects in France.
Your Profile
• Master’s degree (MSc, Engineering degree, or equivalent) in Science, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Initial experience in project coordination or project management.
• Knowledge of the French Research Tax Credit (CIR) scheme is an asset.
• Excellent organizational and coordination skills.
• Structured, autonomous, and proactive working style.
• Strong communication skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
• Languages: French C1 (written and spoken) / English B2 (written and spoken).
