Cégleírás / Organisation/Department Our partner, Hungary's largest agricultural machinery manufacturer, is looking for an Inhouse SuccessFactors Learning Consultant to join their team. Pozíció leírása / Job description • IT consulting for SAP SuccessFactors Learning and Talent modules • Configuration and maintenance of SuccessFactors Learning and connected systems • Independent setup and management of SuccessFactors Notifications (e.g., email templates, triggers) • Supporting integration of SuccessFactors Learning with other systems (e.g., via Integration Center, APIs) • Advising and implementing SuccessFactors Skills, Competencies, and Growth Portfolio frameworks • Basic support and understanding of SuccessFactors Employee Central (EC) • Working in agile teams (SCRUM/SAFe), active participation in sprint planning and reviews Elvárások / Requirements • Several years of practical experience in IT consulting for SAP SuccessFactors Learning / Talent Management • In-depth knowledge of configuration and maintenance of SuccessFactors Learning and connected systems • Experience in setting up and managing SuccessFactors Notifications • Desirable: Experience with Integration Center and SuccessFactors APIs (e.g., for data imports/exports, interfaces) • Experience in implementing and managing SuccessFactors Skills, Competencies, and Growth Portfolio frameworks • Basic knowledge of SuccessFactors Employee Central (EC) • Experience working in agile environments (SCRUM, SAFe) • Optional: Knowledge of SAP Cloud Platform Integration (CPI) for complex integration scenarios • Excellent English skills (written and spoken), German language skills are a plus • Additional Desirable Qualifications: • SAP SuccessFactors certifications (Learning, and possibly other modules) • Experience with additional SuccessFactors modules (e.g., Performance, Recruiting) • Skills in reporting and data analysis within SuccessFactors Amit kínálunk / Offer • Fast-growing company with a strong and stable international background • Interesting company scope with improvement opportunities • Market-level compensation package • Inspiring work atmosphere • Great teamwork and familiar company culture • Hybrid working model Kapcsolattartó / Information Mező-Mészáros Ildikó - [email protected] Gál Szilvia - [email protected] experience 3-5 év / 3-5 years skills • SAP qualifications • BSc / BA diploma education Főiskolai, egyetemi végzettség / University
