Legal & Insurance Claims Senior in-house legal opportunity as part of a global claims team…… The role will involve advising on shipping and chartering disputes for a variety of claims, including contractual claims, force majeure, off spec bunker claims or damage to the vessel. The role will also involve offering sanctions advice for a mixed fleet of vessels, including bulkers, product tankers and container vessels. This role would suit a UK-qualified solicitor who is able to handle disputes autonomously and independently. The company is located centrally in the city in modern offices with views over the River Thames. In return the offer a competitive salary, full benefits package including up to 12% pension, private healthcare, annual bonus and hybrid working with 3 days in the office.
