Description
The company is seeking a Network Security Engineer to join their 'Network Security & Cloud' squad within a technology division undergoing digital transformation. The role focuses on designing and deploying secure hybrid infrastructure (on-premises and cloud) while ensuring absolute availability for millions of users, with a strong emphasis on automation and infrastructure-as-code practices.
What You'll Do
• Design and deploy network and security architectures for on-premises and cloud environments (AWS/Azure)
• Automate and industrialise deployments using Terraform and Ansible to eliminate recurring manual tasks
• Support developers on WAF configurations and optimise load balancer performance and security
• Manage critical incidents and ensure operational maintenance of production systems
What You Need
• Minimum 5 years of experience in critical production environments
• Mastery of WAF, AWS, and Terraform (mandatory skill set)
• Strong culture of automation and solid troubleshooting capabilities
• Bachelor's degree + 5 (Engineering degree or equivalent)
• Linux proficiency
Nice to Have
• Expertise in F5 (LTM/ASM), Palo Alto, Fortinet, Cisco ISE
• Experience with Azure, Ansible, and infrastructure automation
• Knowledge of Cisco networking (IOS-XE/XR, NX-OS), BGP, OSPF, VXLAN
• Familiarity with observability tools (Prometheus, Grafana)
