Multifaceted perspectives Werden Sie Teil unseres Teams und unterstützen Sie die Inbetriebnahmen unserer Vakuumbeschichtungsanlagen als Ingenieur Installation/Inbetriebnahme/Service (m/w/d). Taking responsibility together • Weltweiter Aufbau und Inbetriebnahme sowie Service (Reparatur und Wartung) unserer Vakuumbeschichtungsanlagen • Schwerpunktmäßig komplette Inbetriebnahme der elektrischen und mechanischen Ausrüstung und Antriebstechnik, Signalverarbeitung, Regelungstechnik, SPS-Hardware, (teilweise auch Software) • Analyse, Bearbeitung und Lösung von Problemstellungen an VA-Anlagen und Komponenten • Konfiguration und Parametrierung unseres Steuerungssystems und Anlagenkomponenten • Übernahme der Baustellenleitung Inhouse und vor Ort, Dokumentation des Baustellenfortschrittes und Inbetriebnahme • Dokumentation bei Änderungen von Schaltplänen, Aufbauplänen und Kabelzeichnungen • Eigenständige Vorbereitung von Montage- und Inbetriebnahme-Handbüchern • Durchführung von Schulungen und Trainings unserer Kunden im Umgang mit der installierten Elektrotechnik • Eigenständige Weiterbildung an fachspezifischen Themen zur Stabilisierung sowie eigenständige Weiterentwicklung der fachlichen Kenntnisse Contribute own competencies • Elektroniker oder erfolgreich abgeschlossenes Studium in der Fachrichtung Elektrotechnik, Automatisierungstechnik oder vergleichbare Qualifikation • Mehrjährige Berufserfahrung im Umgang mit komplexen elektromechanischen Systemen sowie Anlagen im Rahmen von Inbetriebnahmen und Service • Fundiertes Wissen zu fachspezifischen Abläufen sowie Darstellungsregeln für elektrotechnische Dokumentationen (vollwertige Elektrofachkraft) • Grundlegende Kenntnisse im Umgang mit Steuerungssoftware • Reisebereitschaft und Flexibilität • Systematische und methodische Arbeitsweise bei Inbetriebnahmen und Fehlersuche sind für Sie selbstverständlich • Gute Englischkenntnisse Benefits Individual development & training opportunities Company pension scheme Sports & health offers Jobticket and Jobbike Inexpensive breakfast and lunch offers in our company restaurant Mobile working Good traffic connection Employee discounts Work cell phone and laptop Performance-related payment incl.
