Job Function: Production & Technology Your Tasks Asegurar el cumplimiento de los programas de calificación y validación de equipos, procesos y sistemas críticos, garantizando el apego a la normatividad aplicable y a los estándares del Sistema de Calidad. La posición brinda soporte técnico para la implementación de estrategias de validación, contribuyendo a la confiabilidad de los procesos de manufactura y al cumplimiento regulatorio. Responsabilidades principales Planear, elaborar y ejecutar programas de calificación y validación de equipos, sistemas críticos, procesos de fabricación, llenado, limpieza y sistemas computarizados. Elaborar, revisar y aprobar protocolos y reportes de Calificación de Diseño (DQ), Instalación (IQ), Operación (OQ) y Desempeño (PQ). Mantener actualizados los procedimientos, documentación y requerimientos de validación conforme a normativas regulatorias y estándares internos. Gestionar controles de cambio relacionados con actividades de calificación y validación. Dar seguimiento al programa de calibración de instrumentos de planta y laboratorio para asegurar su cumplimiento. Monitorear y reportar indicadores de desempeño de los programas de validación y proponer acciones de mejora continua. Brindar soporte técnico y asesoría en la definición de estrategias de calificación y validación para nuevos proyectos o modificaciones. Colaborar con equipos multidisciplinarios para garantizar el cumplimiento de los requerimientos regulatorios y de calidad. Your Profile Ingeniería Química, Químico Farmacéutico Biólogo (QFB), Ingeniería Industrial o carrera afín. Mínimo 3 años de experiencia en calificación y validación dentro de la industria farmacéutica o cosmética. Experiencia en empresas reguladas por FDA, COFEPRIS, ANVISA, EMA o INVIMA Conocimiento en Buenas Prácticas de Manufactura (GMP), Buenas Prácticas de Documentación (GDP), Laboratorio (GLP) y Almacenamiento (GSP). Experiencia en validación de procesos, limpieza, sistemas computarizados y calificación de equipos. Conocimientos en análisis estadístico, interpretación de P&ID (DTI's) e isométricos. Experiencia en administración de proyectos y coordinación de actividades multidisciplinarias. Manejo de sistemas informáticos para la gestión de procesos y documentación de calidad.
