Job Function: Production & Technology Your Tasks Buscamos un Ingeniero de Mantenimiento responsable de asegurar la confiabilidad y disponibilidad de los equipos del área de Llenado y Acondicionado , mediante la gestión estratégica del mantenimiento, la atención a las líneas de producción y el liderazgo del equipo técnico. Será un rol clave en la planeación del mantenimiento, la mejora continua y la administración de los procesos de mantenimiento a través de SAP PM (Plant Maintenance) Responsabilidades principales Liderar al equipo de mantenimiento del área de Llenado y Acondicionado. Brindar atención y soporte a las líneas de producción, asegurando la continuidad operativa y la disponibilidad de los equipos. Administrar y ejecutar la estrategia de mantenimiento utilizando SAP PM (Plant Maintenance) Planear y dar seguimiento a los planes de mantenimiento preventivo, predictivo, progresivo y correctivo. Gestionar órdenes de trabajo, avisos, planes de mantenimiento, historial de equipos y refacciones en SAP PM. Analizar fallas y desarrollar acciones para mejorar la confiabilidad de los equipos. Implementar proyectos de mejora de mantenimiento enfocados en disponibilidad, productividad y reducción de paros. Coordinar mantenimientos programados con Producción e Ingeniería. Monitorear indicadores de mantenimiento (MTTR, MTBF, cumplimiento del plan y disponibilidad de equipos). Garantizar el cumplimiento de los estándares de seguridad, calidad y medio ambiente. Your Profile Ingeniería Mecánica, Electrónica, Mecatrónica o carrera afín. 3 a 5 años de experiencia en mantenimiento industrial. Experiencia indispensable en SAP PM (Plant Maintenance) administrando órdenes de trabajo, planes de mantenimiento, equipos e indicadores. Experiencia liderando personal de mantenimiento. Conocimiento en mantenimiento preventivo, predictivo y progresivo. Experiencia en análisis de causa raíz y mejora continua. Inglés intermedio.
