Description
We are currently seeking Infrastructure Finance Lawyers to support Axiom clients across financial services, energy, infrastructure, investment, real assets, and other industry sectors on major infrastructure finance, project finance, energy finance, and cross-border financing matters. Responsibilities: Provide practical, commercially focused legal advice on infrastructure finance and project finance transactions, including energy, renewables, power, transport, utilities, digital infrastructure, social infrastructure, real assets, and large-scale development projects. Draft, review, and negotiate financing and project documentation, including loan agreements, LMA-based facility agreements, security documents, intercreditor agreements, concession agreements, PPP/PFI documentation, and ancillary finance documents. Advise lenders, sponsors, developers, investors, project companies, funding parties, government counterparties, and corporate stakeholders on financing structures, transaction risk, due diligence, regulatory considerations, and commercial issues. Partner with legal, finance, investment, treasury, commercial, risk, project, external counsel, and deal teams to support domestic and cross-border infrastructure transactions and deliver pragmatic advice throughout the project lifecycle. Minimum Qualifications: Qualified lawyer eligible to practise in the UK, or equivalent overseas qualification with strong infrastructure finance, project finance, energy finance, real assets finance, or banking and finance experience. Experience advising on infrastructure finance or project finance transactions across sectors such as renewables, power, transport, utilities, digital infrastructure, social infrastructure, PPP/PFI, or large-scale infrastructure developments. Strong drafting, review, and negotiation experience across LMA-based facility agreements, loan documentation, security packages, intercreditor agreements, concession agreements, project documentation, or ancillary finance documents. Excellent commercial awareness, negotiation, drafting, stakeholder management, analytical, and communication skills, with the ability to deliver practical, business-focused legal advice on complex and cross-border transactions.
