Roles and Responsibilities   ·&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; Supporting and maintaining the organization’s on-premise and cloud infrastructure.  ·&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; Performing routine tasks such as monitoring systems, troubleshooting issues, and assisting with installations and configurations.  ·&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; Providing technical support to end-users.  ·&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; Documenting processes, Knowledge Base creation and maintaining records.  ·&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; Designing, building, and maintaining complex IT infrastructure.  ·&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; Managing and optimizing network systems, servers, and cloud services.  ·&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; Implementing security measures and ensuring compliance with industry standards.  ·&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; Leading projects related to infrastructure patching, upgrades and migrations.  ·&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; Collaborating with other IT professionals to develop and implement IT projects.  ·&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; Part of a team supporting Normal Biz Hour with occasional After Office Hour and Weekend/PH work.   Requirements   ·&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; Nutanix Foundation (or other Virtualization), Nutanix Certified Professional  ·&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; OS Windows Server 2016 and above (Microsoft Certified: Windows Server Hybrid Administrator Associate)  ·&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; OS Linux experience (RHEL, SUSE, etc)  ·&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; IaaS Cloud AWS (AWS Cloud Practitioner Foundational)  ·&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; Automation tools (e.g. Ansible, Terraform)  ·&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; Advanced knowledge of IT systems, networking, and cloud technologies.  ·&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; Strong analytical and project management skills.  ·&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; Basic Network knowledge (e.g. NTP, SCMP, IP-subnet, etc)  ·&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; 3 to 5 years of related work experience  ·&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; Work on-site (Jurong)
