IT operations play a central role, connecting digital capabilities to the firm’s objectives and creating a solid foundation for continued success. About the Role: Arthur Cox is looking to hire an experienced Infrastructure and Cloud support engineer to join their growing IT operations team.  The successful candidate will play a critical role in maintaining, supporting, and enhancing the firm’s core technology platforms. This includes on‑premises infrastructure, cloud services, networks, storage, virtualization, and core compute environments. A key element of the role will be supporting the firm's telecommunications environment while contributing to the strategic roadmap to modernise communications services. This will include maintaining and optimising the existing telephony platform, assisting with the migration of services to cloud-based telephony solutions, and supporting the gradual decommissioning of legacy telephony infrastructure as part of a broader cloud-first strategy. The successful candidate will work collaboratively across multidisciplinary IT teams including cloud, security, service desk, and applications to deliver stable, secure, and scalable infrastructure services. This role also involves direct interaction with managed service providers to support smooth business operations and ongoing digital transformation initiatives.
