As an Information Officer , you'll work within a welcoming and dynamic team, helping departments deliver high-quality, patient-focused services. What You'll Do • First point of contact for sensitive calls, directing to appropriate team members • Take accurate minutes at safeguarding meetings • Manage mail, calls, and enquiries, ensuring follow-up and tracking systems • Provide full admin support for meetings (agendas, papers, minutes, actions) • Initiate and follow up on actions from meetings • Order team supplies via e-procurement system • Maintain and monitor a centralised correspondence tracking system About You We're looking for someone who: • Has excellent communication and IT skills. • Works well both independently and as part of a team. • Can use their initiative to solve problems and prioritise tasks. • Values confidentiality, professionalism, and quality in everything they do.
