Description
About CookUnity: Food has lost its soul to modern convenience. And with it, it has lost the power to nourish, inspire, and connect us. So in 2018, CookUnity was founded as the first-of-its-kind platform that connects the world with the source of truly great food: chefs. Today, CookUnity delivers 50 million meals a year from the industry’s best chefs to homes all over the country. Fresh. Ready-to-eat. And crafted with the passion that nourishes body and soul. Unwilling to stop there, CookUnity is expanding beyond delivery to become an ever-innovating marketplace focused on our singular mission: empower Chefs to nourish the world. If that mission has you hungry in more ways than one, you’ve found the right job posting. About the Team: Growth Marketing Team focuses on driving all new revenue for CookUnity's business. Our goal is to grow as fast as possible while maintaining a high level of efficiency. We are a test and learn team that rewards contrarian marketers. The role: As our Influencer Marketing Manager, you will own CookUnity's influencer and creator marketing engine as a measurable acquisition channel. You'll build a portfolio of creator relationships across TikTok, Instagram, YouTube, and emerging platforms; turn CookUnity's chefs, menus, and customer insights into creator-ready angles; and make the channel accountable to incremental new-customer growth. This is a builder role. Create the operating system, run the deals, and scale our creator channel. Responsibilities: Own and scale CookUnity's influencer and creator marketing program across priority platforms, ensuring partnerships are aligned with new-customer growth, CAC, payback, and quality goals Build the creator operating system from the ground up: creator tiers, sourcing workflows, audience-fit scoring, outreach templates, deal structures, usage rights, tracking standards, and post-campaign readouts Manage creator relationships end to end, from first contact to brief, contract, deliverables, content review, tracking, payment, and long-term reactivation Turn CookUnity's chefs, menus, product experience, and customer data into creator briefs that give partners specific, useful things to say Build a creator community through early tastings, chef access, menu drops, data briefings, and repeatable moments that make creators more invested in CookUnity over time Monitor budgets and pacing with rigor; identify performance risks early and reallocate toward creators, formats, and offers with stronger signal Use AI and automation to improve speed and quality across creator discovery, audience-fit scoring, outreach personalization, brief development, trend mining, comment analysis, and reporting Collaborate with paid social, creative, lifecycle, SEO, product, culinary, and chef partnerships teams to turn creator activity into a repeatable growth engine Stay on the frontier of creator marketing, platform shifts, AI tooling, and performance measurement so CookUnity keeps learning faster than the category Qualifications: You're a performance-minded creator marketer with a builder's mindset. You know the difference between a post that looks good and a program that can scale. You're the kind of person who opens a spreadsheet when others open a deck, then uses that spreadsheet to write a better creative brief. 4+ years of experience managing influencer, creator, or affiliate-style partnership programs, ideally for a direct-to-consumer, ecommerce, subscription, marketplace, or food brand Experience managing paid creator budgets and negotiating deal structures, including flat fees, performance incentives, usage rights, creator licensing, and paid amplification Strong analytical fluency. You are comfortable with data, CAC, payback, conversion, cohort quality, attribution limits, and the difference between reach and commercial signal Strong creative judgment. You can brief
