The Role  Are you obsessed with pop culture, platform-native, and constantly scrolling TikTok and Instagram for the next big thing? If you have an insatiable appetite for social trends and want to build relationships with creators who shape culture, this is your spot. As an Influencer Marketing Coordinator, you’ll play a key role in bringing scroll-stopping campaigns to life, from creator discovery through campaign execution and reporting. Key Responsibilities  Campaign Execution & Management: Assist in executing end-to-end influencer strategies, managing content deliverables, briefing creators, and ensuring brand alignment across all assets. Creator Discovery & Relationship Building: Identify, outreach, negotiate, and onboard influencers to campaigns, fostering strong creator and talent agency relationships. Trendspotting & Market Intelligence: Keep a pulse on emerging pop-culture trends, FTC guidelines, platform updates, and competitor activity—translating cultural moments into client opportunities. Performance Tracking: Monitor campaign metrics, analyze results, and help generate insights to evaluate ROI and inform future strategy. Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner closely with core account teams to brainstorm bold creative concepts and ensure seamless campaign delivery. What You’ll Bring  Experience: 0–2 years in influencer marketing, social media, or digital marketing. Platform Expertise: Native fluency in Instagram, TikTok, YouTube Shorts, Pinterest, and Snapchat. Culture & Trend Obsessed: A deep passion for pop culture, news, and creator trends. Core Skills: Exceptional written and verbal communication, attention to detail, and top-tier project management abilities. Mindset: A collaborative team player who thrives in a fast-paced environment and knows how to juggle multiple priorities with ease. Education: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, PR, or a related field. If you are in the NYC (or commutable surrounding distance) hub we want to see you in person 2 days a week. That could mean in our office, in our client's office, on the road with them or attending an industry event. For those outside the NYC hub, you will be asked to be in person too. Examples of this may include client meetings, events or team meetings. There will also be in person opportunities for you to connect with others who live in your hub to collaborate and work together.
