Description
Are you rea dy to combine passion for luxury, creativity, and influencer marketing in a highly visible role? At SAMY x team5pm, we’re looking for an influencer campaign manager who will drive the influencer marketing strategy for L'Oréal’s Consumer Product division. Dive into a world where you collaborate directly with the most prestigious beauty brands and leave your mark on iconic campaigns! Role mission As an Account Executive, you’ll be the daily point of contact for different brands within L’Oréal’s Consumer Products Division (CPD), such as Maybelline New York, Garnier and NYX Professional Makeup. You’ll work closely with the L’Oréal team to bring influencer campaigns and activations to life. You’re seen as one of their own: receiving direct briefings, collaborating closely with the L’Oréal team, and acting as their go-to person for influencer campaigns and activations. Key responsibilities You work directly with L’Oréal and SAMY on creative influencer campaigns, from building content calendars and selecting the right creator profiles to coordinating campaign roll-outs. You manage influencer campaigns from A to Z: briefing creators, validating content, giving feedback, tracking live performance, analyzing results, and adjusting course where needed. You build creator shortlists and help select the most relevant influencer profiles for each campaign. You maintain strong relationships with creators, agencies, and managers across the Benelux influencer landscape. You support the development of long-term creator collaborations and help build strong brand communities. You track campaign effectiveness and performance daily, identifying opportunities to optimize results and improve campaign outcomes. Together with our data team, you deep dive into trends, gather insights, and identify opportunities for improvement. You report clear and actionable results back to the L’Oréal brand teams. You work closely with media partners to support boosting and paid amplification of creator content where relevant. You coordinate and support L’Oréal brand activations, product launches, and events, both online and offline, ensuring that everything runs seamlessly. This includes managing creator invitations and event-related deliverables. You support contract, campaign administration, and financial follow-ups together with the relevant legal, finance, and internal teams. You ensure campaign information, deliverables, and reporting are accurately tracked and documented in Traackr and Maia. You also keep internal campaign trackers and content calendars up to date. Skills & experience You have 2–4 years of experience in influencer marketing or a similar field. You have a strong understanding of the Benelux influencer landscape, keep up with the latest social trends, and know which platforms and creators matter. You’re comfortable using Excel and enjoy diving into data to understand campaign performance and identify improvements. You’re a native Dutch speaker and fully comfortable communicating in English, both verbally and in writing. French is a plus. You have a relevant Bachelor’s or Master’s degree, or have built equivalent skills through practical experience. You’re highly structured and organized, and comfortable managing multiple campaigns, stakeholders, and deadlines at the same time. You communicate clearly and confidently with creators, agencies, managers, and brand teams. You’re proactive, solution-oriented, and not afraid to suggest improvements when you spot an opportunity. You can switch easily between different projects, campaigns, and teams, and remain calm in a fast-paced environment. Most importantly, you have a genuine interest in beauty, social media, and creator culture. About SAMY x team5pm We weren't built to follow, we were built to lead. SAMY is th
