Description Ryanair are currently recruiting for Inflight Administrator to join Europe’s Largest Airline Group! As part of Ryanair’s continued expansion to over 800 aircraft, we have a fantastic opportunity for a systems driven individual to join the Inflight team on the newly created SAP Administration Team. This is an important role & will support the business as we continue through a period of sustained growth. Based in our Group Headquarters in Dublin the successful candidate will be reporting directly to our Inflight Finance Manager. This person will be responsible for the following: • Management of the Inflight onboarding process on SAP from start to finish • Monitoring Inflight SAP workflows to ensure all approved before payroll deadline • Report regularly on workflow movements, identifying bottlenecks and suggest and implement improvements and quality controls • Initiate workflows to reflect all cabin crew movements on SAP including transfers, promotions, secondments and terminations • Work closely and build relationships with Inflight European Base Managers, Crew Planning, Inflight Operations Co-Ord Team, HR Team and HRIS team • Analysing large sets of data to identify patterns and trends • Work with Inflight Finance Manager to document all relevant processes Requirements • Proven numeric, analytical, administrative and computer skills (Microsoft Office, Word, Excel etc.) • Previous knowledge of SAP or similar system is an advantage • Excellent communication and organisational skills • Ability to work on own initiative, as part of a team and the ability to work to deadlines • Flexible approach to working in fast changing environment Benefits • Competitive salary • Discounted and unlimited travel to over 250 destinations • Defined Contribution Pension Scheme – Matched up to 5% or €5,000 • Death in Service Benefit – Up to 2 times of annual basic salary • 20 Days Annual Leave – Increasing to 22 days after 12 months and 25 days after 3 years of continuous service. • Option for up to 5 additional unpaid leave days per year • Cycle 2 Work Scheme • Unrivalled career progression
