We are seeking an enthusiastic and caring Infant Teacher to help us create a warm and nurturing environment that fosters growth and development in our infants. What You'll Do • Create a fun and engaging environment that encourages positive development and creative growth in young children • Establish and maintain a safe and healthy learning environment • Develop and implement schedules and routines to ensure adequate physical activity, rest, and playtime • Build and maintain strong relationships with children, parents, and colleagues • Communicate effectively with parents on children's progress and growth • Maintain accurate and detailed records of children's progress and development Requirements • Passionate about working with children and dedicated to providing high-quality care and education • Ability to build strong relationships with children, parents, and colleagues • Positive and patient demeanor, with a focus on creating a calm and nurturing environment • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with parents and colleagues • Must possess an Associate's degree or higher in Early Childhood Education, Child Development, or related field, or have at least 12 ECE credits • Previous experience in childcare, early childhood education, or related fields, with a focus on infant care and development Nice to Have While not required, experience with the Creative Curriculum and familiarity with NAEYC accreditation standards would be an asset to our team.
