We’re recruiting an Industrial Services Multi-Skilled Technician to deliver specialist industrial cleaning, pollution prevention and environmental projects across the UK. This is a practical, site-based opportunity suited to someone with industrial services experience who takes pride in working safely and delivering high-quality work. About the Client: We’re supporting an established UK organisation delivering environmental and industrial services across infrastructure, utilities and commercial sectors. The business is known for its strong safety culture, investment in training and commitment to creating cleaner, safer environments. What You’ll Be Doing: • Carrying out industrial tank cleaning and decommissioning projects • Completing confined-space work safely and effectively • Operating high-pressure and ultra-high-pressure water jetting equipment • Supporting grit blasting and surface preparation projects • Completing bund installations and pollution prevention works • Handling hazardous materials and supporting chemical cleaning projects • Producing RAMS and safe systems of work documentation • Leading safe site operations and ensuring procedures are followed • Providing hands-on technical support throughout projects • Liaising directly with clients and providing project updates • Supporting depot and operational management when required What We Need From You: • Previous industrial cleaning or pollution control experience • Experience working within confined spaces • Confined-space entry, rescue and management training • High-pressure or ultra-high-pressure water jetting experience • Experience preparing RAMS and safe systems of work • Knowledge of handling hazardous materials and chemical cleaning • Experience working within oil refineries, tank farms or similar industrial environments • Strong understanding of health and safety best practice • Confidence communicating directly with clients • Flexible approach to travel, overtime and working away when required • Full UK driving licence • Right to work in the UK Experience in grit blasting, surface preparation or mechanical maintenance would be advantageous. SMSTS, SSSTS, IOSH, Telehandler or HIAB qualifications would also be beneficial.
