The ideal candidate will have experience in applying various industrial coatings to metal surfaces, machinery, and other industrial structures. This position is in the field, working at different job sites in Arizona (may be required to travel) Job Summary: Loenbro Southwest is seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Industrial Painter to join our Coatings Division. The ideal candidate will have experience in applying various industrial coatings to metal surfaces, machinery, and other industrial structures. You will play a critical role in ensuring that all surfaces are properly prepared and coated to meet strict quality standards for durability, appearance, and safety. Key Responsibilities: Prepare surfaces by cleaning, sanding, blasting, and masking to ensure proper adhesion of coatings. Apply industrial coatings, including primers, epoxy, urethane, and specialized finishes using spray guns, rollers, or brushes. Mix and match paints and coatings according to technical specifications and safety standards. Perform inspections to ensure quality, thickness, and uniformity of the coating.
