Webco is looking for an experienced Industrial Electrician to support, maintain, and improve our electrical systems and equipment across the facility. What You’ll Do • Install, troubleshoot, and repair electrical wiring, controls, and equipment to meet NFPA/NEC codes • Inspect and test systems using tools like voltmeters, ohmmeters, and oscilloscopes • Read blueprints and follow schematics to guide installation and ensure code compliance • Support arc flash safety and electrical maintenance programs • Recommend and implement equipment improvements • Provide hands-on support and training to maintenance and production teams • Assist with equipment upgrades, new installations, and coordination efforts What You Bring • Apprentice or Journeyman’s license • 3–5 years of industrial electrical experience • Strong understanding of electrical systems, codes, and safety standards • Ability to read blueprints and technical drawings • Familiarity with PLCs, HMIs, AutoCAD, and Microsoft Office • Experience in a manufacturing environment • Organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple priorities Webco offers competitive pay, great benefits, and a strong team culture.
