Service technician in the office (f/m/d) For the area of industrial refrigeration and heating systems we are looking for YOU to start as soon as possible as an office service technician (f/m/d) - at our location in Balzheim (near Ulm). These are your tasks: • They handle customer inquiries, advise and support customers. • You create spare parts and service offers. • They take care of the active follow-up of offers and orders. • You plan field service assignments and coordinate our service technicians. • You will plan, control and document service reports. • You create evaluations and reports for the management. • You will support our global service partners and drive the expansion of our worldwide service network. This is your profile: • You have completed vocational training as a refrigeration engineer, master craftsman or technician or have a degree with a technical background. • With professional experience in the field of refrigeration/heating technology and in the area of service, you are a perfect fit for us. • You communicate openly and in a customer-oriented manner at all times. • With good to very good German and English skills, you will be able to communicate perfectly with our worldwide customers. • You work independently, responsibly and enjoy working in a team. • You are flexible and open to continuing education to broaden your horizons. • With very good knowledge of MS Office applications, you will master the office routine with confidence.
