The Individual Giving Lead (Acquisition) sits within the Individual & Legacy Giving team and is responsible for raising funds through prize-led individual giving activity. The role leads the development and delivery of donor acquisition campaigns for prize - led products, creating compelling propositions that engage supporters through Guy’s & St Thomas’ Charity’s prize-led fundraising products.  The Individual Giving Lead for the prize - led programme manages integrated multi-channel marketing campaigns across online and offline channels, driving growth in player numbers, supporter value and long-term engagement. The role uses insight, testing and performance analysis to optimise campaign effectiveness, ensuring all activity is data-driven, compliant and delivers strong financial returns.
