Independently Licensed Outpatient Therapist Families & Youth Innovations Plus (FYI+) Position: Full-Time Independent License Salary: $70,000 - $84,700 (3 levels based on experience and education) FLSA Status: Salaried/Exempt Reports To: Program Manager Department: Outpatient Services Job Summary We are seeking a dedicated and passionate independently licensed outpatient therapist to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a background in providing therapy services to adults, adolescents, children and families. We provide services to all age groups and welcome people with a wide array of clinical expertise. The ideal candidate will also have a deeply rooted understanding of treating clients from a trauma-responsive lens and utilizing evidence-based practices to care for individuals of diverse backgrounds As a Certified Community Behavioral Health Clinic (CCBHC), FYI+ takes an integrated behavioral health approach. The role of the Outpatient Therapist involves multidisciplinary collaboration with team members across the agency to address the comprehensive needs of our participants - from basic resources to crisis intervention- ensuring whole-person care The caseload will balance general clinical practice with opportunities to deepen clinician expertise. FYI+ supports ongoing education in various areas of need identified by our community. FYI+ offers ongoing professional development and support, flexible scheduling options and is an approved site for loan repayment programs The Outpatient Program Therapist • Conducts comprehensive diagnostic assessments and develops collaborative treatment plans • Maintains written accurate and up-to-date clinical records on individual services and prepares written reports • Provides therapy in alignment with identified goals using evidence-based, trauma-responsive approaches • Partners with multidisciplinary teams across the agency to coordinate holistic client care • Contributes to a collaborative, person-centered and community-based care model that is non hierarchical • Understands and respects the importance of all behavioral health care providers • Shows up with compassion, curiosity and cultural humility • What You Need: • Master’s degree in counseling, social work, psychology, or related field • Current Independent New Mexico State License (LPCC, LMFT, or LCSW), in good standing verified with the appropriate licensing board • Strong communication, interpersonal, and writing skills • Ability to work independently and as part of a team • Ability to work 40 hours weekly • Willingness to work non-traditional hours • Strong emotional resilience and stress management skills • Capacity to make rapid, sound, clinical judgment • Bilingual (English/Spanish) • • American's w/ Disabilities: • To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform essential duty satisfactorily.
