You will review assessment reports, attend panel meetings, and provide constructive feedback with professional curiosity and cultural sensitivity. Responsibilities: • Read and analyse Form F and review reports in advance of panel • Attend approximately one panel meeting per month, in person or online • Contribute to balanced, evidence-based recommendations • Maintain confidentiality and uphold safer-recruitment standards We particularly welcome applications from people with backgrounds in social work, education, health, law, or with lived experience of fostering or care.
