Location: Little Rock, AR 72205 Dialysis Machine: NxStage Start Date: ASAP Pay Rate: $19.00/hr About the Role We are seeking a compassionate and reliable Care Partner who is open to supporting in-home dialysis for a patient who currently receives treatment in a clinic and will be transitioning to home dialysis using an NxStage machine . This role is primarily focused on providing respite support for the patient’s wife, who serves as the primary care partner. Care Details Patient currently uses a  catheter (fistula placement in progress) Requires support  at least 3 days per week Minimum 4-hour shifts Exact schedule to be confirmed with the clinic Family is paying privately and has a limited budget Primary Responsibilities Assist with home dialysis setup and support using the NxStage machine Ensure a clean, safe, and organized dialysis environment Provide calm, respectful presence during treatments Support the primary caregiver by offering reliable respite care Observe patient safety and report concerns as needed Who We’re Looking For 1+ year of dialysis experience  (home or clinic) Familiarity with home dialysis systems preferred (NxStage a plus) Open to in-home dialysis support and willing to complete provided training Steady, supportive, and patient — especially during an adjustment period Strong communicator who works well with a clinical team Must pass a Herewith background check What We Offer Consistent, stable weekly hours with a single client Training and guidance on patient-specific routines Strong clinical team support The ability to work independently while still being part of a dedicated care network
