Make your mark for patients MAJOR ACCOUNTABILITIES: • Supports and facilitate China strategy and decision making. • Translate & implement I2I Patient Impact vision & objectives in China through engagement with local employees and global I2I community. • Foster a culture of performance where key drivers of performance are reviewed and analysed consistently and insights are generated to enhance business decisions, with the aim to improve business performance. • Lead the FBP team in contributing to the development of financial strategies, managing the process of annual budgeting, 10-year plan, year-end landing etc to align with the organization overall vision and short-term/long term business objectives. • Lead the Insights team in providing needed market intelligence, real time insights and insight plan with formed perspectives for local and global stakeholders. • Lead and guide the CFE team in design, development sales forces effectiveness framework, sales operation guidelines and sales incentive scheme. Lead the CFE team in implementing, managing CLRM strategy with platform(s), and omni-channel solution landing with PVU(s) customer facing team. • Lead the FBP team in financial simulations for new indication or products launches, and new G2M model implementation, external partnerships and evaluation of external opportunities even at early stage of development. Perform financial analysis for management decision under different scenarios. • Lead the team in reviewing pricing strategy and assumptions, ensuring pricing business cases are accurate, documented and well-articulated for a review by the regional pricing committee. • Develop the team in enhancing required competencies, and be able to support newly emerging requests and handle ambiguities REQUIREMENTS: • Bachelor degree and above • At least 15 years working experience in Multinational Company (MNC) in the function of Finance Director, Finance business partner, Marketing Research, Business Analysis, and Strategic position. Finance experience and Pharmaceutical industry background are a must. • At least 5 years of people leadership experience. • Strategic thinking and strong business analysis capability is a must. • Strong communication and project management skill and strong problem-solving skills are required. • Strong stakeholder management capabilities with ability to develop strategic partnership with internal stakeholders. Able to generate questions that will challenge and drive business. • Be able to work under pressure, manage multiple projects in parallel and to handle ambiguities.
