The Good Stuff: • Competitive Hourly Pay + Weekly Pay • Medical, Dental, Vision • 401(k) with 4% Company Match • PTO, Paid Holidays, and Paid Parental Leave • Company-Provided Truck, Phone, iPad, and Uniforms • Ongoing Training and Career Growth Opportunities What You'll Do: • Run warranty calls and recalls on new system installations • Diagnose and troubleshoot residential HVAC equipment • Repair or replace warranty-related components and equipment • Perform quality assurance inspections to ensure installations meet company standards • Communicate findings and recommendations clearly with homeowners • Accurately document service details, parts used, and resolutions in ServiceTitan • Collaborate with installation teams to identify and resolve recurring issues • Deliver an exceptional customer experience while representing the Radiant brand • Ensure all work is completed safely and in compliance with company and manufacturer guidelines What You Need: • 3+ years of diagnosing and troubleshooting residential HVAC equipment • Experience with warranty service and post-installation repairs preferred • Experience with variable speed units and communicating systems • Experience replacing parts such as contactors, capacitors, motors, boards, and sensors • Ability to recover, charge, and handle refrigerant safely • EPA Certification and TDLR License • Valid driver's license with no major violations within the last 3 years • Ability to use an iPad and ServiceTitan software • Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship • Excellent customer service and communication skills • Ability to work independently and solve problems efficiently At Radiant, we don't just install comfort, we stand behind it.
