Zachry Industrial is seeking an experienced HVAC Technician with EPA Universal Technician Certification, for maintenance work at the Cheniere Site in Cameron LA. NO PERDIEM. TWIC & A VALID DL is required. SOME OF THE ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS: Performs regular assigned maintenance tasks that includes but is not limited to: • Replacement of equipment air and water filters and media pads in cooling and heating equipment • Replacement of V-Belts for fan assemblies • Cleaning of condenser coils, air handling equipment and associated duct work • Cleaning of condensate pans and drains. • Maintenance of all power accessories for HVAC equipment including lubrication, adjustment and inspection of bearings, shafts, and seals, etc. • Repair or replacement of the above systems if determined to be defective or to upgrade for better energy efficiency and comfort for building occupants. • Seasonal startup and shut down of central plant A/C equipment (chillers, cooling towers etc.)
