Job Description: Position Summary: A Service Tech is  responsible for repairing and conducting maintenance on equipment like furnaces and air conditioners that require constant care . They also diagnose problems with system integrity so they can be fixed quickly. A signing bonus of up to $3,000 is being offered. Hours: Work-Life balance - most field employees work 40 hours per week Benefits:   Medical, Dental, Vision, Life Insurance, Short term, and long-term disability plus additional insurance that can be purchased by the employee Pay Range: $18.00 - $35.00 per hour, depending on experience.
