You will be part of a team that holds each other to high standards and takes pride in delivering quality work. Job Type: Full-time Salary: DOE Hours: Monday–Friday, 7:00am–5:00pm (varies), with an on-call rotation shared among technicians Requirements Responsibilities: Diagnose issues and determine proper materials needed for each job Maintain required stock and organization in company vehicle Build and maintain positive, professional relationships with supervisors, coworkers, and customers Accurately complete all job-related paperwork and communicate updates to dispatch after each job Keep assigned company vehicle clean and well-maintained Perform additional duties as assigned by management What We’re Looking For: Strong communication skills Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and as part of a team Strong mechanical aptitude Excellent problem-solving and customer service skills Organized, reliable, and detail-oriented Team player with a positive attitude Requirements: Minimum 2 years of HVAC service experience Valid driver’s license HVAC license or willingness to obtain Journeyman certification EPA Certification preferred Benefits You'll also enjoy these benefits: 100% employer paid medical, dental, vision, & life insurance.
