You will: Diagnose residential HVAC system issues accurately Perform repairs, maintenance, and system tune-ups Educate homeowners on repair options and system performance Recommend solutions that best meet customer needs Deliver a professional, 5-star customer experience on every call Maintain accurate service documentation using company technology Key Responsibilities Service & Technical Execution Diagnose and repair residential heating and cooling systems Perform preventive maintenance and seasonal tune-ups Troubleshoot electrical, mechanical, airflow, refrigerant, and control system issues Repair furnaces, heat pumps, air conditioners, package units, mini-splits, and related equipment Test system performance and verify proper operation Maintain accurate service records and complete required paperwork Maintain clean, organized service vehicles and work areas Customer Experience Build trust with homeowners through professionalism and honesty Clearly explain system issues and recommended solutions Present repair and replacement options when appropriate Deliver exceptional customer service that earns 5-star reviews Protect customer homes by maintaining a clean work environment Safety & Accountability Follow all company safety policies and OSHA guidelines Maintain company vehicle, tools, and equipment Accurately complete service tickets and required documentation Maintain productivity and efficiency expectations Communicate effectively with dispatch and management What We're Looking For 24+ years old with a valid driver's license and insurable driving record Ability to pass a background check and pre-employment drug screen (including marijuana) 3+ years of residential HVAC service experience preferred Strong diagnostic and troubleshooting skills Experience servicing furnaces, air conditioners,
