This role is critical to our success—you are the face of our company in the customer's home. You'll diagnose, repair, maintain, and install HVAC systems while building trust and delivering the level of service our customers expect. You will: Diagnose, repair, maintain, and install residential and light commercial HVAC systems Educate homeowners on repair options and system recommendations Represent Ultimate Heating, Air & Plumbing with professionalism and integrity Deliver a five-star customer experience on every visit Key Responsibilities Service & Technical Execution Perform preventative maintenance, diagnostics, repairs, and installations Troubleshoot HVAC systems accurately and efficiently Install equipment according to manufacturer specifications and company quality standards Ensure all work meets safety and code requirements Customer Experience Build trust through professionalism and clear communication Explain system issues and recommended solutions in a way customers understand Deliver an exceptional customer experience from arrival to completion Performance & Accountability Take ownership of your performance and customer satisfaction Maintain productivity, quality workmanship, and efficiency Participate in ongoing coaching and training Standards & Consistency Maintain clean, organized work areas and company vehicles Accurately document all services performed Follow company policies, procedures, and safety standards Represent the company professionally at all times Team Collaboration Communicate effectively with dispatch, management, and teammates Support company goals and contribute to a positive team culture Participate in training and continuous improvement What We're Looking For Must be 21 years of age or older Valid driver's license with an insurable driving record Ability to pass a background check Ability to pass a pre-employment drug screen (including marijuana) Previous HVAC experience preferred EPA Certification preferred Apprentice or Journeyman HVAC License Strong mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting skills Knowledge of HVAC systems, installation practices, and safety standards Excellent communication and customer service skills Ability to work independently while managing time effect
