What You'll Do As an HVAC Service Technician, you'll diagnose, repair, and maintain residential HVAC systems while delivering outstanding customer service. Your responsibilities will include: Service, troubleshoot, and repair residential heating and cooling systems Perform inspections and preventative maintenance Install, wire, and start up residential HVAC equipment Diagnose system issues and recommend appropriate repairs Explain repairs and maintenance recommendations to customers Coordinate daily schedules with dispatch Order and manage parts needed for service appointments Complete digital service reports accurately and on time Maintain company vehicles, tools, and equipment Ensure every job site is left clean and professional Follow all company safety standards and procedures Deliver exceptional customer service on every visit Requirements We're looking for candidates who have: High school diploma or GED 2+ years of residential HVAC service experience EPA Certification Valid driver's license Strong troubleshooting and diagnostic skills Excellent communication and customer service skills Basic computer and tablet proficiency Ability to work overtime or occasional weekends as needed Preferred Qualifications HVAC Trade School Certification Experience in construction or related trades Strong commitment to safety and teamwork Physical Requirements This role requires the ability to: Lift and carry up to 50 pounds regularly Climb ladders and work at heights Bend, kneel, crawl, and work in confined spaces Work indoors and outdoors in varying weather conditions Safely operate company vehicles Wear required personal protective equipment (PPE) Benefits Why Join Airtron?
