Training Pay (4–6 weeks): $16 – $25 per hour
After Training: Performance-based pay (commission structure)
Annual Earning Potential: $55,000 – $150,000+

The Role (What You’ll Own)
This is not a high-pressure sales role—this is about education, trust, and helping customers make informed decisions.
You will:
Diagnose system performance and identify opportunities
Educate customers on solutions and improvements
Generate opportunities (TGLs) for the sales team
Deliver a professional, high-quality service experience
Key Responsibilities
Service & Technical Execution:
Perform routine inspections, diagnostics, and light service work
Identify system inefficiencies and performance issues
Maintain high-quality workmanship and attention to detail
Customer Experience:
Build rapport and trust with customers on every visit
Clearly explain findings and recommendations
Deliver a consistent 5-star service experience
Performance & Accountability:
Create TGLs (Tech-Generated Leads) for Comfort Advisors
Take ownership of performance, productivity, and results
Continuously improve through training and coaching
Communication & Teamwork:
Communicate effectively with dispatch and internal teams
Accurately document job notes and service recommendations
Represent company standards and professionalism at all times
Standards & Consistency:
Follow all safety protocols and company processes
Maintain clean, organized work environments
Participate in ongoing training and development
What We’re Looking For
21+ years old with a valid driver’s license and insurable record
Ability to pass a background check and pre-employment drug screen (including marijuana)
EPA Universal Certification: Required
OSHA 10 Certification: ____________________
HVAC or related technical experience: ____________________
Strong customer communication and relationship-building skills
Ability to explain technical concepts in simple, clear language
Detail-oriented, observant, and solution-focused
Positive attitude and willingness to learn
